Because VibeCart Kids sells digital products, all digital sales are final once the files have been delivered or downloaded. We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital products.

If you have trouble downloading your purchase, receive the wrong file, or experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

If a duplicate charge or other billing issue occurs, please contact us so we can review the order.
